To request a Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) statement for divorce purposes please submit the 'Met Police - Pensions on Divorce or Dissolution CETV Request Form'. The CETV statement may be chargeable depending on your circumstance, please our 'Met Police - Pensions on Divorce or Dissolution Schedule of Charges' to see if a fee is applicable. If a fee is applicable please make payment when submitting the CETV request form, details on how the payment should be made are held on the CETV request form.
